Frische Ananas wird mit Eiern und Reis gebraten und sorgt f\u00fcr eine gewisse S\u00fc\u00dfe in dem Reisgericht. F\u00fcr eine leicht karamellige Note, die f\u00fcr Khao Phad typisch ist, wird der Reis oft mit Zucker angebraten.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>F\u00fcr 4 Portionen<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 frische Ananas, 2 EL Raps\u00f6l, 12 TK-Riesengarnelen (z.B. Wei\u00dffu\u00dfgarnelen), aufgetaut, ohne Schale und entdarmt, 640g gekochter Jasminreis, 1-3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank gelagert, 2 TL Palm-oder brauner Zucker, 3 Knoblauchzehen, gesch\u00e4lt und fein gehackt, 1 Zwiebel, gesch\u00e4lt und fein gehackt, 1 M\u00f6hre, gesch\u00e4lt und in feine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten, 150g Spitzkohl, geputzt und in feine Streifen geschnitten, 1-2 rote Chilischoten (z. B. Zum Servieren beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<li>Das \u00d6l in einem Wok oder einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen. Die Garnelen darin bei starker Hitze 3 Minuten anbraten. Herausnehmen und beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<li>Reis und Zucker in die hei\u00dfe Pfanne geben und 30 Sekunden unter R\u00fchren anbraten. Ananas, Knoblauch, Zwiebel, M\u00f6hre, Spitzkohl und Chili hinzuf\u00fcgen und 30 Sekunden umr\u00fchren. Fischsauce, Koriander und Garnelen hinzuf\u00fcgen.
