Die damalige Beatnik-Generation lehnte traditionelle Regeln der Gesellschaft ab und ermutigte Menschen, sich durch Kunst auszudr\u00fccken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Verantwortlich f\u00fcr das neue gastronomische Konzept des Purohotels ist Beltr\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez de Estrada, CEO der Puro Group. W\u00e4hrend eines Aufenthalts in London hatte er die Idee eines neuen Konzepts. Diese Idee wurde nun in Form von BEATNIK gemeinsam mit dem Restaurantbesitzer Edgar Lagassi realisiert. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Andrius Kulbokas und Mariusz Szymecki hat Edgar Lagassi das Konzept des Restaurants verwirklicht. In ihrer Interpretation des Beatnik-Konzeptes entf\u00fchren sie ihre G\u00e4ste in eine andere Zeit, und zwar nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch durch eine eigene Atmosph\u00e4re und das Interieur. Sobald G\u00e4ste durch die T\u00fcr kommen, werden sie zu einem Ausflug ins geheime New York der 1950er-Jahre mitgenommen. Durch Live-Auftritte mit Musik von K\u00fcnstlern und S\u00e4ngern der damaligen Zeit und stilvolle Dekoration im Stil der f\u00fcnfziger Jahre erinnert das BEATNIK an einen privaten New Yorker Club aus dieser Zeit. Die K\u00fcche des aktuellen Hotspots ist amerikanisch-asiatisch angehaucht. Es ist der erste vieler Hinweise auf die Beatnik-Bewegung der 1950er-Jahre.
