Jakobsmuscheln<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>200g Sellerie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0200g M\u00f6hre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>200g Paprika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>200g Tomate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00a0 Bund Fr\u00fchlingslauch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>200g Cantaloupe Melone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Chilischoten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>100ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>50ml heller Balsamicoessig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 TL Senf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 TL Honig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Weitere Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salz, Pfeffer, Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sellerie und M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Paprika vierteln und die Kerne entfernen. Die Tomate vom Strunk befreien und das ganze Gem\u00fcse, Sorte f\u00fcr Sorte, in den Multizerkleinerer SPINO geben und bis zur gew\u00fcnschten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zerkleinern. Den Fr\u00fchlingslauch in feine Ringe schneiden, zusammen mit dem zerkleinerten Gem\u00fcse in einer Pfanne kurz anschwitzen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n<p>Cantaloupe Melone und Chilischoten von den Kernen befreien und in ein hohes Gef\u00e4\u00df geben. Oliven\u00f6l, Balsamicoessig, Senf, Honig und Salz dazu geben und alles mit einem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren. Das Dressing auf das noch warme Gem\u00fcse geben und alles gut vermengen.
