In Deutschland sind es 3.304 Euro &#8211; das ist der zweith\u00f6chste Wert der Untersuchung. Das ist das Ergebnis einer gemeinsamen Auswertung von immowelt und meilleurs agents, einem der f\u00fchrenden franz\u00f6sischen Anbieter f\u00fcr Immobilienbewertungen und wie immowelt Teil der AVIV Group. F\u00fcr 1.825 Euro pro Quadratmeter werden Wohnungen und H\u00e4user in Spanien inseriert. In London kostet Wohneigentum im Mittel 15.149 Euro pro Quadratmeter: Das ist das Vierfache dessen, was Immobilienk\u00e4ufer au\u00dferhalb der Metropole an der Themse zahlen m\u00fcssen. Die Spree-Metropole ist somit rund 1.600 Euro teurer als das Deutschland-Mittel &#8211; im Vergleich zu London und Paris also nur ein moderater Hauptstadtpreisaufschlag. Die g\u00fcnstigste europ\u00e4ische Hauptstadt im Vergleich ist indes Rom: 2.844 Euro pro Quadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leistbarkeit:<\/strong> Durchschnittsverdiener bekommen in London und Paris nur 1 Zimmer mit weniger als 25 Quadratmetern.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr einen besseren Vergleich der Werte bietet es sich an, das Preisniveau noch in Relation zum Gehaltsgef\u00fcge der jeweiligen L\u00e4nder zu setzten. Ein beispielhafter britischer 2-Personen-Haushalt mit einem Einkommen im nationalen Median kann sich in London gerade einmal 16 Quadratmeter leisten. Im Rest der Insel sind es immerhin 69 Quadratmeter. Es wird angenommen, dass die Immobile \u00fcber eine Laufzeit von 20 Jahren abbezahlt wird und der Haushalt ein Drittel seines Haushaltseinkommens f\u00fcr die Kredittilgung aufwendet.
